Right to Information

In the biggest change to freedom of information in NSW in 20 years, the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 replaced the Freedom of Information Act 1989 on 1 July 2010.

Hunter Water is required to publish a range of information in a readily accessible form. This page provides a range of information and links to other sites that fulfil our requirements under the Act.
