In the biggest change to freedom of information in NSW in 20 years, the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 replaced the Freedom of Information Act 1989 on 1 July 2010.

A requirement of GIPA is that Hunter Water must publish details of all contracts in excess of $150,000 on its website within 45 days of award. View our register.
