Family violence support
Our customers and community are at the heart of all we do, and we are committed to supporting you.
Family and Domestic Violence (FDV) is a serious and widespread problem in Australia. At Hunter Water, we condemn all forms of family and domestic violence and are committed to ensuring that those affected have access to empathetic, consistent and informed assistance.

Connecting with further support
We work closely with local domestic and family violence services that specialise in supporting people in crisis. We can help connect you, so you do not need to explain your situation multiple times.
You can also visit Ask Izzy, a free and anonymous website that helps you find local support for housing, financial stress, mental health and more.
