How to do business with us during COVID-19

There are plenty of other ways you can continue doing business with us such as online applications, paying your bill online and contacting us via phone, email or web chat.

Where this support and advice cannot be provided, you can visit our Customer Service Centre at Newcastle. At this point in time, our regional centres at Maitland and Speers Point remain closed.

Bogus and unauthorised callers or representatives

We strive to protect the security of our customers, especially from unauthorised callers and impersonators visiting your home or business.

Here's what to do if you receive a visit, phone call or email from somebody claiming to be from Hunter Water and you have suspicions about the reason for their contact.
