Why do we check your details with Services Australia?

To make sure your rebate stays active, Hunter Water confirms your concession details with Services Australia (Centrelink) every two weeks.

We only use your name, concession card number (CRN) and postcode for this purpose.

If you do not give consent, we will not be able to automatically verify your details with Services Australia. This means you will need to contact us every four months and provide your current concession card details to continue receiving the rebate.
