Need more time to pay your bill?

Log into My Account and navigate to the ‘pay options’ tab and request an extension on your bill.

Once the extension is confirmed, we will pause any collection or restriction activity on the property.

If the bill is not paid by the extension due date, collection action will continue.

What is My Account?

My Account is a secure online service that helps you manage your Hunter Water account anywhere, anytime. As well as staying on top of your payments, you can:

  • View your current bill and check past payments
  • See your account balance and when your bill is due
  • Set up Easy Pay or direct debit to make payments easier
  • Ask for more time to pay
