Pollution monitoring results
We collect pollution monitoring data as required under the Environment Protection Licences (EPLs) issued by the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA).
Wastewater quality
Our Operating Licence requires that we comply with environment protection conditions for each wastewater treatment works (WWTW).
The main measures of performance relate to biochemical oxygen demand, total suspended solids, pH, grease, total nitrogen, ammonia, total Phosphorus and thermotolerant coliforms specified in the licence for each plant.
