When this happens, we’re here to help.
If we can’t reverse your payment, we’ll refund it via direct deposit to your nominated bank account.
Have a bank statement or screen shot of the payment transactions ready to submit with your request below if the refund is for 2 or more separate payments by BPAY.
Are you selling your property?
If you’re selling your property, any credit on your Hunter Water account will be refunded through your settlement adjustment. Refunds can't be processed separately during this time. For questions about the settlement adjustment, please contact your conveyancer.
