How it works

Hunter Water sends your water bill every four months – not every three months like many other suppliers.

With Easy Pay, we calculate your instalment amount based on your payment frequency – weekly, fortnightly or monthly – and your past 12 months of water usage and service charges. You will still receive a statement every four months so you can track your usage.

Each year – on the anniversary of your Easy Pay setup – we review your account and let you know if any changes are needed.

My Account is a secure online service that helps you manage your Hunter Water account anywhere, anytime. As well as staying on top of your water bills, you can:

  • See your current bill and check past payments
  • Check your account balance and due date
  • Set up Easy Pay or direct debit to make payments easier
  • Ask for more time to pay
