About

This project highlights our ongoing investment to keep up with growth and deliver improved services across the region.

The new reservoir will be situated on the corner of Cameron Park Drive and George Booth Drive, within land owned by Hunter Water.

Site set up is planned for November 2023, with construction beginning in December 2023 and is expected to take around 12 months to complete.

The existing reservoir at West Wallsend will be decommissioned after the new reservoir is built. We are also installing a pressure reducing valve on existing pipe adjacent to Robinson St, West Wallsend.

Our lead contractor for this project is Diona.
