When you develop or subdivide land, often you will need a Section 50 Certificate to confirm that we can supply you with access to our water and sewer network.

We've made it easier for first-time developers to obtain the certificates and approvals they'll need to get construction underway.

If you are building a secondary dwelling or granny flat, Council or your private certifier may require you to meet our conditions and lodge a development application to obtain a Section 50 compliance certificate.
