How we test our water quality

We have an extensive drinking water quality monitoring program that allows us to carefully and thoroughly monitor our supply.

Sampling and analysis using a National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) accredited lab is routinely undertaken at raw water sources, water treatment plants and from within the distribution system.

Sampling and analysis

Over 4,000 samples are collected and analysed each month, and operational monitoring of key water quality parameters is undertaken 24/7 using online technology at our water treatment plants.
