Customer surveys
We're a community organisation, and it's therefore important we understand how we're performing against community expectations.
That's why we're running bi-monthly telephone surveys with a short, automated call asking people several questions about how they think we're doing.
The surveys are conducted by a third party on our behalf, and the call will take about two minutes.
