Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA) we're required to make a range of information publicly available.

If you are seeking access to information that you cannot find on this website, we may be able to provide you with that information under the informal access provisions of the GIPA Act. However, in some instances, you may need to lodge a formal Application for Information.

    We proactively release information which may be of interest to the public. This information is shared in the format of media releases which are accessible via this website for both current and past topics.

    Hunter Water has a number of publications and policy documents available on what we do. These are available in the relevant areas across the website.

    A requirement of GIPA legislation is that we must publish details of most contracts in excess of $150,000 on our website within 45 days of award.
