Have your bill delivered straight to your inbox and manage your account online with My Account. You can also view, pay or download your bills and update your contact details. To register all you need is a copy of your Hunter Water bill.

Pay via your internet banking site using the BPAY logo on your bill. Use Hunter Water’s Biller Code 747717 and your 11 digit reference number located on your bill.
To pay using Centrepay, contact Centrelink and provide Hunter Water's CRN: 555052571V.
Visit any Australia Post office to make a payment in person over the counter. Credit cards are not accepted.
Take control and pay your water bill with affordable and more frequent payments via Easy Pay. Set up to pay the same amount each week or fortnight to easily manage your bills.

If you are a residential customer finding it hard to pay your water bill you can request a payment extension of up to 14 days after your bill's due date.
