We recognise that everyone should have access to water as an essential service regardless of their circumstances.

That's why we partner with Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON) to offer face-to-face support for our customers and community at Bring Your Bill days. These days are held at various venues across our local council areas - providing supportive, easy and local access for you.

This valuable collaboration has allowed us to reach an estimated 5000 customers across the Hunter region and we look forward to our ongoing partnership."
