Project overview
We’ve launched our quarterly community survey program in August 2022 to better understand the ways you use water and how we can improve the ways we serve you.
Every three months we’ll go out to the community to hear from you.
About the survey
Our online survey is completely anonymous and only takes about 10 minutes. The survey covers a range of topics which will help ensure projects and services we deliver meet what our customers want from us.
The information you provide will help us ensure that customer and community values and preferences are reflected in our decision making on an ongoing basis.
