Paying Your Hunter Water Bill

As a valued customer, we provide you with a number of bill payment options.

Pay Online

You can pay your bill by using a credit card through BPOINT. You can also pay your bill by calling BPOINT on 1300 276 468.

Your Reference Number can be found on the front of your bill next to the BPOINT logo.

Your Reference Number is 11 digits long. Maximum credit card payment is $5,000.

Direct Debit

Set up a direct debit from your nominated cheque or savings account.

We can debit the balance of your account on the due date, or you can make smaller regular direct debit payments in advance.

  • Call 1300 657 657 or download and complete the Direct Debit Application Form
  • Email or post it to Hunter Water
  • We’ll add these details to our system

Telephone & Internet Banking – BPAY

Call your bank, credit union or building society to pay your bill from your cheque or savings account.

Pay at any Australia Post Office

You can pay in person at any Australia Post Office. Credit cards are not accepted.


Centrepay

You can organise deductions from your Centrelink payments straight to your Hunter Water account.

If you own your own home and are in receipt of a Centrelink payment, contact Centrelink with our Reference Number: 555052571V.

You will need to provide your account number to set up this free service.
