Water Charges
Water charges for residential customers are made up of:
- A small fixed water service charge for operating the water system – the size of the meter / water service determines the charge. The vast majority of residential properties have a standard 20mm water meter.
- A water usage charge is applied to the volume of water used by an individual customer. Usage charges are measured in kilolitres (kL).
