Pay In Person
You can pay in person at any Australia Post Office.Credit Cards are not accepted.
Pay by Credit Card – Postbillpay
You can pay your account by using your credit card through Postbillpay. You can do this either by telephoning Postbillpay on 131816 or by clicking on this link.

Your Reference Number can be found on the back of your bill next to the Postbillpay logo. Your reference number is 11 digits long.
Maximum credit card payment is $5,000.
Telephone & Internet Bank – BPAY
Call your bank, credit union or building society to pay our account from your cheque or savings account.

Direct Debit
Hunter Water can directly debit your nominated cheque or savings account.
The amount owed to us can be debited on the due date, or you can make smaller regular direct debit payments in advance.
For a Direct Debit Application Form, and complete and sign the form and return to Hunter Water or call us on 1300 657 657 and we will post an Application Form to you.
