With Easy Pay, you can split your bill into weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments.

How it works for you, in 4 easy steps!

  1. Choose the payment method that's easy for you - Direct Debit or Bpay.
  2. Choose your payment frequency - weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
  3. We'll calculate your instalment amounts based on your previous 12 month water usage and service charges and then send you a confirmation email.
  4. Every 4 months you will still receive your statement so you can track your usage. We will review your account every 12 months and notify you if any adjustments need to be made.

I/we understand and acknowledge the following:

  • The instalment will be debited on the selected instalment dates. There must be sufficient funds in this account by the due date to permit the payment.
  • If sufficient funds are not available for payment, a dishonoured payment fee may be applied to my account.
  • If there will be insufficient funds in the account on the due date, I am required to call Hunter Water on 1300 657 657 to arrange an alternative payment option.
  • If the due date for payment falls on a day which is not a business day, the account will be processed on the next business day thereafter.
  • My financial institution may, at its discretion, at any time by notice in writing, terminate this request as to future debits.
  • Deferment, alteration or cancellation of payments can be arranged by contacting us
  • I am the owner or authorised representative for the above noted accounts and/or properties.
  • I acknowledge that I have received, read, and accept the terms of the Hunter Water Privacy Statement.
  • The information I have provided in this application is true, to the best of my knowledge.
