Help with paying your bill
Family violence can make financial situations more difficult. If you're feeling overwhelmed, please know you are not alone.
We will work with you to understand your situation and offer a range of support options to help manage your bill or any outstanding debt.
Connecting with further support
We work closely with local domestic and family violence services that specialise in supporting people in crisis. We can help connect you, so you do not need to explain your situation multiple times.
You can also visit Ask Izzy, a free and anonymous website that helps you find local support for housing, financial stress, mental health and more.
Easy English documents
Easy English is a style of communication that uses short sentences, everyday words and images to support understanding. It’s designed for people with low literacy levels or limited English skills.
To help make our information more accessible, Hunter Water worked with accessible communication experts Scope to create Easy English versions of some key documents.
