Shaping our water future - 2025-2030 Price Proposal
2025-2030 Price Proposal - Information for households
What we do
We provide clean, safe drinking water to more than 600,000 people in around 250,000 homes across the Lower Hunter.
We take away the used water that goes down their drains from sinks, toilets, laundries, showers and bathes, then treat it to protect the health of beaches and waterways;
We also provide stormwater drainage in very small parts of Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Cessnock.
How we're engaging with you
We're engaging with our customers and community in a range of ways from August 2022 through to June 2024 to understand our customer and community values and preferences and priorities.
Our engagement will be carried out in stages so customers and the community will see and hear from us at different times throughout the development of the submission.
