What we do
Hunter Water proudly provides water to over 12,500 business customers across the Lower Hunter.
Whether our customer is a large manufacturer or health unit providing critical care or a cafe or hairdresser, we recognise that water is crucial for business function and continuity across our customer base.
How we're engaging with you
We're engaging with our customers and community in a range of ways from August 2022 through to June 2024 to understand our customer and community values and preferences and priorities.
Our engagement will be carried out in stages so customers and the community will see and hear from us at different times throughout the development of the submission.
