      • Have read and understood the Hunter Water Love Water grants 2021/2022 Guidelines.
      • A summary of the activities and outcomes will be provided to Hunter Water within 30 days of completion of the project. 
      • Consent to the release of project information in this application to Hunter Water for promotional and evaluation purposes.
      • Have not undertaken any canvassing or soliciting of Hunter Water employees, Board members or Community Consultative Forum Members in relation to this application.
      • I acknowledge that I have received, read, and accept the terms of the Hunter Water Privacy Statement.
