Confirm that all details as completed by you in the application form are true and correct.
Agree to the time extension of this agreement upon acceptance of the application being notified to you by Hunter Water.
Acknowledge Hunter Water is under no obligation to accept your application and will endeavour to notify you if your application has been accepted.
Warrant that you accept the terms of the extension if approved, agreeing that adherence to the extension will hold collection action and restriction action to the property. Failure to uphold the extension terms will result in collection action recommencing.
