We're passionate about working with our community on water conservation initiatives, and are proud to offer community grants through our Love Water grants program.
Community Partnerships
These are projects we have funded in collaboration with our community stakeholders, and to enable the sustainable growth of our region.
Port Stephens Koalas
There is an alarming decline of koalas in our catchment area, so we’ve partnered with Port Stephens Koalas to help them in their development of a new koala hospital, and to help promote their community conservation and education program.
Surfest
We have been lucky to partner with Surfest from its early inception, and have both grown along the way. By ensuring our wastewater services are of high quality, this enables one of Newcastle's biggest events to showcase the cleanliness of our beaches.
WaterAid
It is great to partner with Wateraid and other water utilities to help make water, toilets and hygiene normal for everyone, everywhere. We support the Winnovators which raises money, shares ideas and develops new skills and leadership qualities while competing globally to solve real world water, sanitation and hygiene problems.
