2018-19 Community Funding Program
Hunter Water's Community Funding Program offers community, schools and industry-related groups the opportunity to collaborate with Hunter Water to deliver activities and projects that relate to water and wastewater services.
Our Community Funding Program includes four areas of focus:
Love Water Grants
Hunter Water's Love Water Grants are open to the community to help deliver water conservation activities and programs. Applications for these grants will open July 2018. For more information click here.
Community Partnerships
Through collaboration with our stakeholders we are enabling the sustainable growth of the region to develop a resilient water and waste water future. To find out more about the type of projects we are doing click here.
Education Scholarships
Hunter Water partners with the University of Newcastle and Tocal Agricultural College to provide scholarships to students in the areas of business, engineering, science and land management. Applications are made directly with the University of Newcastle and Tocal Agricultural College annually.
Employee Charity Support
Hunter Water employees raise funds for local charities that make a difference to the lives of people in the Hunter region throughout the year. These are chosen by our staff.
Merchandise Requests
Hunter Water is reducing its ecological footprint by not producing large quantities of promotional merchandise and therefore cannot provide items upon request.
