If you have a private plumbing issue that requires attention from a licensed plumber, simply call Hunter Water on 1300 657 657 (8am-5pm) or 1300 657 000 (after hours).

A customer service representative will provide you with professional advice about First Call Plumbing and connect you to a plumber for your convenience.

This premium service will provide our customers with tailored solutions for a range of plumbing needs – from emergency assistance through to general plumbing maintenance and repairs for water and sewerage systems.

    • How much does First Call Plumbing cost?

      Customers will not be charged for the referral through First Call Plumbing.
      Please note, this service is a referral to our plumbing partner only. All quotes, prices, plumbing maintenance and repairs will be completed by our plumbing partner.
      All billing and invoicing for any plumbing works/repairs undertaken through First Call Plumbing will be done by our plumbing partner.

    • How will I be connected to the First Call Plumbing partner?

      Answer

      Customers who call Hunter Water can be transferred directly to the plumbing partner for no charge.
      If Hunter Water is required to inspect a customer’s plumbing problem, a field representative will provide a Referral
      Card containing contact details.

      Customers who wish to use the service can simply contact the plumbing partner at their convenience.
