Hunter Water’s Board comprises the Managing Director and six independent Directors, one of whom is the Chairperson, appointed by the Shareholders.
Our current Board of Directors are Mr Terry Lawler, Chairman, Mr Kim Wood, Managing Director, Ms Barbara Crossley, Mr Jeff Eather, Ms Cristina Cifuentes, Ms Susan Ivens and Prof Maree Gleeson, with Mr Stephen Phillips as Company Secretary.
The Board oversees the organisation’s policies, management and performance. It sets strategic direction for the organisation and ensures Hunter Water achieves its business and regulatory commitments.
