Have your say - be part of Hunter Water's customer panel
If you have something on your mind? We want to hear about it! Hunter Water is asking residential and business customers alike to volunteer to become part of its very own customer panel. As part of the panel, you'll be asked to give your views through an online or paper survey up to approximately four times a year.
Usually, a survey will take about 10 to 15 minutes and your answers will remain confidential.
Anyone can apply as long as you live in the Hunter Region and use Hunter Water’s water in any way - like drink it, have a bath or shower in it or use it in your business!
Topics will vary and could include such things as Hunter Water’s image in the community, how you contact Hunter Water when you have an enquiry, how you would like to pay your account or Hunter Water’s environmental management.
If you are selected to be part of the panel (we are looking for over 1,000 people), you can choose to opt out at any time. And if you do not want to answer a particular question, you do not have to - it is entirely up to you.
