Water Supply

We will supply you with drinking water to meet a customer’s reasonable needs except:

• In the case of planned or unplanned interruptions
• In the case of drought or major operational difficulty
• Where we are entitled to restrict or discontinue supply
• In the case of events beyond our reasonable control.

If you experience planned or unplanned interruptions at your property due to the failure of our water supply system, we will ensure that any rebates due to you are paid.

As well as supplying drinking water, we also make sure that wastewater is removed from your property through our sewerage system, as well as looking after the community by managing stormwater .

It is important that we are all vigilant about using the drains for the right purpose – some things should never go into our sinks and drains. If you have any chemicals or poisons we can collect them and dispose of them properly without damaging our waterways and systems.
