Mount Hutton/ Belmont
This DSP details the developer charges relative to the Mt Hutton water supply delivery system. The DSP area includes pumping stations from the areas of Cardiff South, Belmont, Green Point, Swansea and Caves Beach. Reservoirs in the DSP area include the Cardiff No.2, Mt Hutton, Belmont No.1 and No.2, Swansea No.1 and No.2 and Cams Wharf reservoirs. The service area is shown on Exhibit 1, located in Appendix A.
The Major Sources water supply headworks system delivers water to the Mt Hutton water supply delivery system. Developer charges for the Major Sources water supply headworks system are therefore also applicable to the service area for the water supply delivery system. The major sources charge is contained in the Headworks DSP.
