Newcastle
This DSP details the developer charges relative to the Newcastle water supply delivery system. The DSP area includes pumping stations from the areas of Warabrook, North Lambton, Mayfield, Wallsend, Newcastle, Merewether, Adamstown and New Lambton. Reservoirs in the DSP area include the Mayfield, North Lambton, Newcastle, Merewether, Charlestown, Highfields and New Lambton reservoirs. The service area is shown on Exhibit 1, located in Appendix A.
The water supply headworks system delivers water to the Newcastle water supply delivery system. Developer charges for the water supply headworks system are therefore also applicable to the service area for the water supply delivery system. The sources charge is contained in the Headworks DSP.
