Raymond Terrace
This DSP details the developer charges relative to the Raymond Terrace water supply delivery system. The DSP area includes a pumping station at Irrawang Street, Raymond Terrace. The service area is shown on Exhibit 1, located in Appendix A.
The water supply headworks system delivers water to the Raymond Terrace water supply delivery system. Developer charges for the water supply headworks system are therefore also applicable to the service area for the water supply delivery system. The sources charge is contained in the Headworks DSP.
