Maitland/ Rutherford/ Aberglasslyn
This DSP details the developer charges details relative to the Maitland sewerage system. The DSP area includes pumping stations from the areas of Maitland and Aberglasslyn, as shown on Exhibit 2, located in Appendix A.
The Maitland sewerage transportation system delivers sewage flows to Farley WWTW. Developer charges for the Farley WWTW are therefore also applicable to the service area for the sewerage transportation system and are contained in the Farley Wastewater Treatment Works DSP.
