Westlakes Central
This DSP details the developer charges relative to the Westlake (Central) Sewerage Transportation System. The DSP area includes pumping stations from the areas of Blackalls Park, Coal Point, Toronto and Carey Bay, as shown on Exhibit 2, located in Appendix A.
The West Lake (Central) sewerage transportation system delivers sewage flows to Toronto WWTW. Developer charges for the Toronto WWTW are therefore also applicable to the service area for the sewerage transportation system. The service areas contributing to Toronto WWTW are shown on Exhibit 3, located in Appendix A.
Treated effluent from Toronto WWTW is transported via the Toronto effluent pipeline to be discharged through the Belmont Outfall. Developer charges for the Toronto effluent pipeline and the Belmont Outfall are therefore also applicable to the service area for the sewerage transportation system.
