Westlakes North
This DSP details the developer charges relative to the Westlake North Sewerage Transportation System. The DSP area includes pumping stations catchments from the areas of Teralba, Booragul, Marmong Point, Fassifern, Bolton Point and Fennell Bay, as shown on Exhibit 2, located in Appendix A.
The Westlake North sewerage transportation system delivers sewage flows to Toronto WWTW. Developer charges for the Toronto WWTW are also applicable to the service area for the sewerage transportation system and are contained in the Toronto Wastewater Treatment Works DSP. Effluent from the Toronto WWTW is discharged to the Toronto Effluent Transfer Main and eventually discharge to the ocean via the Belmont Ocean Outfall. Developer charges for the Toronto Effluent Transfer Main and the Belmont Ocean Outfall are also applicable.
