Warners Bay/ Valentine
This DSP details the developer charges relative to the Warners Bay Sewerage Transportation System. The DSP area includes the Warners Bay, Warners Bay South, Eleebana No. 1 and 2 and Valentine No. 1 through to Valentine No. 6 pumping station catchments, as shown on Exhibit 2, located in Appendix A.
The Warners Bay Sewerage Transportation system delivers sewage flows to Belmont WWTW. Developer charges for the Belmont WWTW and the Belmont Outfall are also applicable to the service area for the sewerage transportation system and are contained in the Belmont Wastewater Treatment Works and Belmont Outfall DSPs.
