Belmont/ Blacksmiths
This DSP details the developer charges relative to the Blacksmiths Sewerage Transportation System. The DSP area includes pumping stations from the areas of Blacksmiths, Marks Point and Belmont, as shown on Exhibit 2, located in Appendix A.
The Belmont / Blacksmith sewerage transportation system delivers sewage flows to Belmont WWTW. Developer charges for the Belmont WWTW are therefore also applicable to the service area for the sewerage transportation system.
Treated effluent from Belmont WWTW is discharged through Belmont Outfall. Developer charges for Belmont Outfall are therefore also applicable to the service for the sewerage transportation system.
