Maitland
This DSP details the developer charges relative to the Maitland water supply delivery system. The DSP area includes pumping stations from the areas of Metford, East Maitland, Bolwarra, Rutherford, Windella Downs and Lochinvar. Reservoirs exist in the DSP area being located at Buttai, Bolwarra Heights, Rutherford and Lochinvar and Standpipes at Metford and Morpeth. The service area is shown on Exhibit 1, located in Appendix A.
The water supply headworks system delivers water to the Maitland water supply delivery system. Developer charges for the water supply headworks system are therefore also applicable to the service area for the water supply delivery system. The sources charge is contained in the Headworks DSP.
