Tomago to Hunter River
This DSP details the developer charges relative to the Tomago to Hunter River water supply delivery system. Tomago to Hunter River DSP area is located in the Hunter Valley, approximately 130 kilometres north of Sydney and 10 kilometres north of Newcastle. The service area is shown on Exhibit 1, located in Appendix A.
The Tomago to Hunter River water supply delivery system DSP area falls predominantly within the Newcastle City Council Local Government Area (LGA). A small portions falls within the Port Stephens Shire Council Local Government Area (LGA). Exhibit 1 in Appendix A details the location and extent of the service area for the Tomago to Hunter River water supply delivery system. The area is bounded by Newcastle DSP area to the south, Raymond Terrace DSP area to the east and Tomago to Medowie DSP area to the north.
