Cadetships

Hunter Water’s Cadetship Scheme provides undergraduate students with the opportunity to study while gaining real hands on experience. Cadets attend university on a part-time basis while working for the organisation. Cadets are rotated throughout the organisation which allows them to learn about the many functions of the business as well as be exposed to a range of learning opportunities.

Features of the Cadetship Scheme

• Cadets are granted up to one day a week (paid) to attend lectures, tutorials and study
• Hunter Water will pay HECS fees incurred as the result of undertaking the prescribed course
• Examination leave available
• Textbook allowance provision
