Hunter Water

Your Water stories

Oggie the froggie

We invite you, the kids of the Hunter Water community, to send us your story about water.
Let your imagination run wild – we want a story that is about water, but it’s up to you to write your own story! Like:
• Do you have a great adventure story about when you went boating on the Williams River with your dad?
• Do you want to write about how much a little girl can do to help a whole city save water?
• What about a true story that shows the problems that can happen if we run out of water?
• Or a funny story about when you were learning how to swim. . . your story can be anything about WATER!
It’s up to you! Send us your stories and we’ll put them here for everyone to read and enjoy.
Here are some stories that other children have written – what can you send us?

Importance of Water, by Elijah from Merewether (8yrs)

Water is important to our LIFE.  Without it we wouldn’t survive.  We should save it by having short showers and shallow baths, washing your car on the lawn.
