Hunter Water has been a sponsor of Australia’s premier international surfing classic for the past 15 years.   The Corporation’s focus is on supporting talented youth and promoting our stunning coastline.

As well as the ‘Hunter Water Encouragement Awards’ which provide Novocastrian competitors with financial assistance, we also sponsor the ‘Stars of the Future’ award which helps young surfers prepare for careers in professional surfing.

These workshops cover judging criteria, contest preparation, personal development and promotional and marketing skills.
