Branxton Irrigation Water Scheme
A purpose-built 12km pipeline will be constructed to provide recycled water, as a substitution to our quality drinking water, to major golf courses and farmers within the Cessnock area. The concept design for the pipeline and environmental assessment report is currently being finalised. Construction on the pipeline is due to commence in the second half of 2010 and be finished in 2011.
