Cardiff No.1 WWPS Upgrade
Hunter Water plans to upgrade the Cardiff 1 Wastewater Pump Station to reduce overflows during wet weather and cater for future demand on the wastewater system in the area.
The pump station is located immediately to the west of the Waratah Golf Course, next to Brush Creek in Argenton.
The project involves upgrade works to the Cardiff 1 Wastewater Pump Station and the construction of a new pipeline crossing under Brush Creek, connecting the pump station to the Edgeworth Wastewater Treatment Plant.
