Balickera Pump Station Upgrade

Hunter Water Corporation is currently undertaking upgrade works at Balickera Water Pump Station. The work includes installing two additional pumps, associated pipework ,an automatic screening unit to remove  waterborne  weeds, and associated power supply and civil  works. The increased pumping capacity will increase extraction rates from the Williams River for transfer to Grahamstown Dam and improve the drought security of the Lower Hunter Region.
