Toronto Effluent Pipeline
This DSP details the developer charges relative to the Toronto Effluent Pipeline. The DSP is restricted to those contributing DSP areas as shown on Exhibit 2, located in Appendix A.
The Toronto Effluent Pipeline system delivers sewage flows from the Edgeworth, Toronto and Dora Creek WWTW catchments to the Belmont Outfall for discharge. Developer charges for the Edgeworth, Toronto and Dora Creek sewerage treatment works and the Edgeworth East, Edgeworth West, Westlake North, Westlake Central, Westlake South and Dora Creek sewerage transportation systems as well as Belmont Outfall also applicable to the service area for the Toronto Effluent Pipeline DSP.
