Welcome to Hunter Water
Dungog Shire Council resolved at its meeting on 16 October 2007 to transfer its reticulated water and sewer services to Hunter Water from 1 July 2008.

What happens now?
Dungog Shire Council will carry out their last meter reading and billing at the end of June 2008. All accounts issued by Dungog Shire Council to 30 June 2008 will remain their responsibility, with all enquiries regarding this account to be made directly to the Council. Your first Hunter Water bill will commence from 1 July 2008.
Information about your Hunter Water account

To ensure a smooth transition of services, Hunter Water staff will be onsite at Dungog Shire Council premises from 9am to 1pm on 24, 25 and 26 June 2008, and again in late October 2008, to answer any questions you may have about the enclosed brochures, your water account or any other Hunter Water related matter.
