Expression of Interest For Research / Survey Consultants

Hunter Water Corporation (Hunter Water) invites expressions of interest from customer research consultants who wish to pre-qualify to tender for work associated with the conduct of Customer Satisfaction and Perception Surveys.

Respondents should be able to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements of the scope of works as follows:

• Monthly Customer Satisfaction/Loyalty Monitor
• Bi-annual Perception Survey
• Development of an on-line survey
• Provide a market research strategic plan to achieve the research objectives

Respondents will require the capabilities to manage the following:

• Preparation of questionnaires for both Perception and Satisfaction/Loyalty surveys
• Ensure required volumes of customers from each segment are interviewed
• Analyse results of interviews and provide feedback
• Prepare monthly statistical summaries, as well as monthly quarterly and annual reports
• Conduct presentations to Hunter Water management and forums
• Manage and participate in focus groups
• Provide various ad-hoc advice to Hunter Water

Respondents should provide details of past experience and explain their capabilities in the customer research market.  They should also provide details of any area of a potential contract they may not be able to meet.
